BaseCamerabinSrc Library

The base class to write the camera source elements of camerabin.

This library should be linked to by getting cflags and libs from gstreamer-plugins-bad-1.0 .pc and adding -lgstbasecamerabinsrc-1.0 to the library flags.

NOTE: This library API is considered unstable
