Not actively developed, and does not build with current GStreamer and glibmm. See the gstreamermm GNOME module.
Qt
Unmaintained, very out of date. For Qt integration use the qmlgl plugin. See the qt-gstreamer module.
Guile
Released under the aegis of the guile-gnome project.
Haskell
See Haskell.org.
Ruby
The Ruby bindings are released as part of Ruby-GNOME2.
