- ensonic: image will be made smaller and less baby-blue
- ensonic: select a signal color and use in gray/white text area too (e.g for separator lines or bullets)
- slomo: The font looks really ugly here. Maybe adding some more alternatives for the font would help, like "Bitstream Vera Sans" or "DejaVu Sans" or simply "Sans"
- tpm: this looks awesome! I agree with slomo about the font though, the current one is a bit edgy and doesn't look well-spaced to me in general (or at least that's how it renders here)
- ds: /me likey. Not a fan of appropriating classic artwork.

- ensonic: I like #3 and #5 best so far, side menu needs more facelift, what about
  - shadows (like on the top)
  - a slight vertical gradient in the background of each menu entry

bilboed: menu items seem very small compared to the chapters/body in the main part. Maybe make those menu items bold ?

categories - the idea of coloring the menu was to group items interesting for users,developers and misc
now the 'blue' category is kind of empty, what about one more entry there that is sort of marketing blabla to show the widespread use of gstreamer
- gnome desktop, nokia tablets, axis cameras, songbird, ...

That page is *awful*, not very informational and outdated (Fedora Core 5? isn't 10 coming out RSN ?)
We should have main categories for OS/Env (Linux, MacOSX, Windows, Embedded linux, ... ?).
