MHEGSupport: Project to create elements for parsing and rendering MHEG content in DVB.
IXMF: Project to create decoder and/or encoder for the IXMF audio format
LADSPA: Create a Ladspa version 2 bridge and clean up LADSPA plugin
MPEG2Mux : Finish GStreamer mpeg TS muxer and write a PS muxer
AMR encoder and decoder : Create plugins for GStreamer to encode and decode AMR
FarsightPlugins: Farsight 2 plugins for proprietary IM protocols
- ASF muxer and payloaders: Write an ASF muxer (or port the existing 0.8 code, but writing a new one from scratch is probably easier and likely to result in better code)
PluginsForEditing: Wrapping much-needed audio/video filters as gstreamer plugins.
VDPAU & VA plugins : Wrap GPU-accelerated decoder/filter libraries. See #561225 for the generic idea.
IPP VC1 encoder: Write VC1 encoder using Intel IPP
