Improving the Ruby Gstreamer bindings

The basics of the ruby gstreamer bindings work quite well. But still a lot of work is needed to make them really rock. At this moment it doesn't cover the complete gstreamer API, lacks documentation/tutorials/nice demo programs and some API's aren't as nice as one would like in ruby. I don't think any of these tasks are big enough alone for a GSoC, so it would be a nice combination of writing code and documentation.
