Scratchpad for release notes
When making a release, the release manager in charge will compile a list of the most noteworthy changes, additions and bug fixes since the last release for the release notes. This list is usually compiled from commit messages and bug titles, which makes it easy to forget important 'big picture' changes, since commit messages are often not as clear as they could be.
This wiki page is here so GStreamer developers can add their noteworthy changes, to make sure they're not forgotten about when the time comes.
The release manager will also update this page during the pre-release cycle, so people can review the list and suggest improvements.
