MHEG in dvb
Background
The goal is to have interactive TV services exposed by GStreamer. This requires exposing in the demuxer, the pads with the data and also whether a program has interactive tv content and when it does. Example DVB services that use MHEG are Freeview and Freesat in the UK.
The 2 elements that should be considered are mpegtsparse and mpegtsdemux, both are in gstreamer-plugins-bad.
