LADSPA

Background

LV2 is the successor of the LADSPA audio plugin standard. GStreamer can use non-native plugins thru bridge plugins. We have one for LADSPA which could be improved still (e.g. supporting stereo). And ofcourse it is desirable to have one for LV2.
