GStreamer Project: Haskell Bindings

Improve GObjectIntrospection based bindings generator to be able to automatically generate bindings for GStreamer and also extend the GObject/GLib/GIO bindings to make usage of GStreamer possible.

As a result there should be new, GStreamer 1.x based bindings.
